Most everyone knows that I am a HUGE sports fan, so I have been thoroughly enjoying shooting some events for US Presswire! It is pretty similar to shooting weddings as you are trying to tell a story and find unique angles that not everyone else has. Granted, it is MUCH faster, dangerous, and you don't always have the freedom to move around like at a wedding, but I am learning more and more at every single event! It also helps keep me alert and fresh so I think my wedding skills are definitely becoming sharper because of it! It's also been pretty exciting to see where my images end up being published! So far, my images have been used by Sports Illustrated, ESPN, Fox Sports, The Dallas Morning News, The LA Times, The Chicago Tribune, and The Sporting News just to name a few!
